Vortrag von Gabrielle Velics aus Ungarn und Urzula Doliwa aus Polen in englischer Sprache, über die Situation in verschiedenen EU-Ländern in denen Kirchenradios sehr einfach Lizenzen bekommen können. Die Frage ist, inwieweit sie die Bürger- und Alternativradios dadurch gefährden. Mit einem Fokus auf Polen und Ungarn:

Church radios easily get community broadcaster  licences in some countries of the EU. After a short presentation about  the situation of Poland and Hungary, we would like to know how is the  situation with church radios in different countries, and discuss about  their role in society, and raise the question: Wether is church radio a  risk factor in community radio movement, and should we consider them as  community broadcasters or something different?
